Our clinic provides free and confidential healthcare services for all children and youth ages 0–21.

OHSU Provider Hours:
Monday–Thursday, 1:00 PM – 5:00 PM

School Nurse:
Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM – 3:34 PM

School Social Worker:
Thursdays, 8:30 AM – 3:34 PM

Mental Health Consultant:
Monday–Thursday, 8:30 AM – 3:34 PM

1. Walk In

Walk-in appointments are available Monday–Thursday during OHSU provider hours.

2. Call

New patients must first call OHSU Patient Registration at 503-494-8505 for one-time registration.

After registration, call 503-418-0409 to schedule an appointment.

3. Use MyChart

You can also schedule and manage your appointments through MyChart.

Benson Students: Please come to Room 107.

Everyone Else: Please enter through the outside entrance.

From NE 12th Avenue, walk up the stairs and turn left onto the ramp toward NE Irving.

Accessible ramps begin on the sidewalk at both the north and south ends of the building.

The clinic entrance is marked and located just to your right at Door #02.

Street parking only. Please allow extra time to park.
