📅 How to Schedule an Appointment
1. New patients must first call OHSU Patient Registration at 503-494-8505 (one-time registration call).
2. Call 503-418-0409 to schedule an appointment. If no answer, leave:
- Your name
- Your phone number
- Your date of birth
